DraftWise announces promotion of Will Seaton to Chief Customer Officer

DraftWise, an AI-powered contract and negotiation platform, today announced Will Seaton's appointment to Chief Customer Officer. 

After securing a $20M Series A funding round led by Index Ventures earlier this year, DraftWise is introducing the Chief Customer Officer role to ensure that the customer's voice remains the north star as the company launches new products, enters new markets, and scales to meet the quickly growing demand for DraftWise’s offerings.

Will Seaton, who previously served as Vice President of Product and Customer Success, joined DraftWise as the first non-engineering employee in early 2021, working with the founders on early product development and helping to sign the company’s first customers (all of whom remain customers today). Seaton is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard University, where he studied data science and natural language models. Before joining DraftWise, he led a global commercial team of more than thirty people at Palantir Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for managing enterprise software development and implementation for domestic and international clients in transportation, manufacturing, cybersecurity, financial institutions, and public-private data-sharing partnerships.
